Return & Refund Policy
Your order will be fulfilled and shipped by our printing partner. Because items ordered will be made just for you, we can only accept returns or issue refunds for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Be sure to read product descriptions thoroughly before submitting payment and let us know if you have questions about any of the items in our Shop prior to purchase.
We hope you are completely happy with your order, but please let us know within 7 days if there are any issues at all so we can submit a problem report to our printing partner to have them resolve things for you. We can be reached at treasurer@vardymuseum.org.
